Grief On Purpose was created to offer trauma-informed grief support, healing tools, and community for people navigating life after death. This is a space where your grief doesn’t need to be explained or fixed. No platitudes. No pressure. Just honest connection, grounded guidance, and support for grief that honors your experience in all its complexity.

As 2025 ended, I found myself reflecting on what Grief On Purpose had grown into over the past five years.

What began as a way to offer honest, compassionate grief support to others slowly became part of my own evolving relationship with grief. This work has shaped me as much as I’ve hoped it might support others. Along the way, my understanding of grief—and of myself—has deepened in ways I never could have planned.

As meaningful as this work continues to be, I’ve come to recognize that maintaining an active presence on social media and keeping up with ongoing marketing no longer supports my mental health or creative capacity. For that reason, I’ve chosen to step back from those rhythms for the foreseeable future.

What hasn’t changed is the heart of Grief On Purpose.

All of the resources created over the years (podcast episodes, blog posts, courses, journals, and downloadable materials) remain here and available. My hope is that they continue to offer steadiness, language, and companionship to those navigating grief.
